By accessing our website, making a reservation, or using any services provided by Orlando International Resort, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Legal Status
Orlando International Resort operates as a registered hospitality establishment within the Republic of Kenya and complies with applicable regulatory and licensing requirements.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Kenya including the Constitution of Kenya, the Law of Contract Act (Cap. 23), the Consumer Protection Act, 2012, and other applicable legislation.
3. Reservations and Bookings
All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by Orlando International Resort.
A booking is considered confirmed once the required deposit or full payment has been received.
Guests are responsible for ensuring that all booking details provided are accurate and complete.
The Resort reserves the right to decline or cancel bookings where incorrect or misleading information has been provided.
4. Payments
Payments for accommodation, dining reservations, events, or other services must be made through the approved payment channels provided by the Resort.
Where deposits are required, such deposits secure the reservation and may be subject to the Resort’s Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Failure to complete payment within the required timeline may result in cancellation of the booking.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation of reservations must be communicated through the Resort’s official contact channels.
Refund eligibility and applicable charges shall be determined in accordance with the Orlando International Resort Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Certain services including events or special reservations may require non-refundable deposits.
6. Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and in a manner that does not disturb other guests, staff, or the peaceful operation of the Resort.
The Resort reserves the right to refuse service or request a guest to vacate the premises where conduct is unlawful, disruptive, or poses a safety risk.
Guests shall be responsible for any damage caused to property, furnishings, or facilities belonging to Orlando International Resort.
7. Accommodation and Stay
Check-in and check-out times shall be communicated at the time of booking and must be observed unless otherwise arranged with management.
The number of guests occupying a room must not exceed the capacity specified for that room category.
The Resort reserves the right to enter rooms for maintenance, safety, or operational purposes when reasonably necessary.
8. Events and Private Functions
Private events, weddings, or corporate functions hosted at Orlando International Resort may be subject to additional written agreements or event policies.
Clients hosting events are responsible for the conduct of their guests, contractors, and vendors while on the Resort premises.
9. Safety and Occupiers’ Liability
Orlando International Resort owes a duty of reasonable care to lawful visitors in accordance with the Occupiers’ Liability Act (Cap. 34) Laws of Kenya.
Guests are expected to exercise reasonable care for their own safety and the safety of others while using the Resort’s facilities.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Orlando International Resort shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of its facilities or services.
The Resort shall not be responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings unless caused by proven negligence of the Resort.
Where liability is established, it shall be limited to the value of the service purchased by the guest.
11. Intellectual Property
All website content including images, designs, logos, and written material is the property of Orlando International Resort unless otherwise stated.
Such material may not be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
12. Privacy and Personal Data
Orlando International Resort processes personal data in accordance with the Data Protection Act, 2019.

13. Force Majeure
The Resort shall not be liable for failure or delay in performing obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Such circumstances include natural disasters, extreme weather, government restrictions, public health emergencies, or infrastructure disruptions.
14. Dispute Resolution
Where any dispute arises in relation to these Terms, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through good faith discussions.
Where resolution cannot be achieved, the dispute may be referred to mediation or arbitration in Kenya.
The courts of the Republic of Kenya shall retain jurisdiction where necessary.
15. Changes to These Terms
Orlando International Resort reserves the right to amend these Terms from time to time.
Updated Terms shall become effective once published on the Resort’s website.
